Sean Durr, Esq.

Sean Durr is a Senior Associate Attorney in the firm’s Topeka, Kansas office. He works with individuals navigating important legal matters, helping them understand their options and move forward with confidence. Sean brings a practical and detail-oriented approach to his work, focusing on clear communication, careful preparation, and thoughtful guidance throughout the legal process.

Sean earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law. He also obtained a Master of Laws in Real Estate and Tax from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law and studied Urban Planning at the University of Kansas. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Government, and Economics from the University of Kansas.

Sean has extensive legal and business background spanning real estate transactions, corporate matters, commercial agreements, and operational leadership. Throughout his career, he has advised clients on complex transactions, contract negotiations, business organization matters, and regulatory issues. He has also worked closely with businesses and individuals on long-term planning, dispute resolution, and strategic decision-making.

In addition to his legal practice, Sean previously served in executive leadership and general counsel roles, where he managed corporate operations, negotiated major agreements, oversaw compliance matters, and handled litigation strategy. His broad professional background provides him with a practical perspective and strong problem-solving skills when helping clients address challenging legal issues.
