Jeffrey attended law school at St. Louis University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor degree with a Health Law Certificate. Before law school, he attended Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville, where he earned both his Master of Business Administration in Management and Information Systems Specialization and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Management and Information Systems.

Joining Stange Law Firm, Jeffrey brings a strong background in compliance, risk management, and client advocacy. Most recently, he served as Compliance Manager at Gateway Regional Medical Center, where he guided patients, providers, and staff through the resolution of sensitive complaints and grievances with compassion and care. In that role, he also oversaw risk management efforts, streamlined record-keeping, and ensured that policies and agreements aligned with legal and ethical standards. Before that, Jeffrey managed compliance programs at Anderson Healthcare and Home State Health, where he advised on complex regulatory matters, supported clients and providers in resolving disputes, and helped strengthen systems to protect those relying on essential services. Earlier in his career, he worked directly with individuals as an attorney, advising clients on Social Security Disability claims, developing legal strategies, and managing high caseloads with attention to detail and empathy. His career reflects a consistent commitment to helping people navigate difficult situations while protecting their rights and interests.
