Francisco Baez

Francisco Baez serves as the Finance Assistant Director at Stange Law Firm, PC. Born in Miami, Florida, Francisco was raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a graduate of Mehlville High School and earned a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Millikin University.

In his current role, Francisco supports the firm’s financial operations by assisting with budgeting, reporting, and internal financial processes that promote efficiency and consistency across the firm. He works closely with firm leadership to help ensure financial systems support both day-to-day operations and long-term growth.

Prior to moving into finance leadership, Francisco served as the Client Intake Director, where he oversaw the initial client engagement process and helped ensure prospective clients received clear, timely, and professional communication. Earlier in his tenure, he also gained valuable insight into the firm’s internal operations while working as a Human Resources Intern. These roles provided him with a well-rounded understanding of the firm’s structure and needs, which he now brings to his work in finance.

Outside of the office, Francisco enjoys spending time with friends and family and is an avid sports fan.
