Nate Staats is the Client Intake Director at Stange Law Firm, where he helps lead the firm’s intake team and works to ensure potential clients feel supported from their very first interaction with the firm. Nate oversees the intake process by helping connect individuals and families with the attorney best suited for their situation and coordinating consultations in a timely and professional manner.

Understanding that many people contact the firm during difficult and emotional moments in their lives, Nate focuses on creating a welcoming and compassionate experience for those seeking guidance. He works closely with his team to help provide clear communication, responsiveness, and a smooth intake process for prospective clients across the firm’s offices.

Nate brings a background in customer service, client communication, finance, and legal support. His experience working directly with clients and managing detailed processes has helped him develop strong organizational and interpersonal skills that support the firm’s client-centered approach.

Nate earned a Bachelor of Science in Business & History from Missouri State University, along with a minor in Finance and a certificate in Technical Writing.
