Timothy Stock is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Overland Park, Kansas office who is committed to helping clients navigate challenging legal situations with confidence and care. Timothy earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy and Sociology from Washburn University. This educational background supports his ability to understand client concerns, evaluate complex issues, and communicate effectively in high-stakes situations.

Before joining Stange Law Firm, Timothy developed a well-rounded professional background that includes several years of practicing domestic law in the Topeka area and service as a Public Defender with the Southeast Kansas Public Defender’s Office. He also brings significant experience managing complex technology projects for the Kansas Supreme Court, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Justice. These roles required strong coordination, risk management, and clear communication with multiple stakeholders, skills that carry over directly to his legal practice. Timothy applies this experience to manage cases efficiently, anticipate potential challenges, and remain focused on practical solutions for the individuals and families he represents.
