Tanner Hurley, Esq.

Tanner Hurley is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Lexington, Kentucky office. He works with individuals facing important legal matters, helping them better understand the process and move forward with confidence. Tanner takes a practical and client-focused approach to his work, emphasizing clear communication, thorough preparation, and responsive support throughout each stage of a matter.

Tanner earned his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Kentucky. He is licensed to practice law in Kentucky.

Prior to joining the firm, Tanner worked as an attorney and law clerk where he assisted with drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, conducting legal research, and preparing materials for hearings and depositions. He also worked closely with clients throughout the legal process and helped manage matters from intake through resolution. His background includes preparing client-focused legal documents, coordinating case deadlines, and working with attorneys to develop practical strategies for resolving legal issues.

Outside of the legal field, Tanner has spent time mentoring students and coaching youth athletics, experiences that helped strengthen his communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. He has also volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters, where he mentored and tutored students while serving as a positive role model.
