Sara Larson is a Senior Associate Attorney in the firm’s Omaha, Nebraska office. She works with individuals navigating significant legal matters, offering steady guidance and clear direction during times that can feel uncertain. Sara takes a practical and thoughtful approach to each case, focusing on strong communication and helping clients make informed decisions as they move forward.

Sara earned her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was a member of the Creighton Law Review. She also received a CALI Award in Employment Discrimination. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from Creighton University.

Sara brings a depth of legal background that includes handling complex matters across a range of litigation and advisory work. She has represented clients in both state and federal courts, prepared and argued motions, conducted depositions, and managed cases through all stages of the legal process. Her work has also involved helping clients evaluate their options, resolve disputes efficiently when possible, and prepare for trial when necessary.

Earlier in her career, Sara managed her own practice, where she handled a wide variety of legal matters and was responsible for all aspects of case management, from client communication to courtroom advocacy. She also has experience assisting clients in resolving disputes through mediation and negotiated outcomes, helping them reach solutions outside of prolonged litigation when appropriate.
