Michelle Marshall, Esq.

Michelle Marshall is a Senior Associate Attorney in the firm’s Nashville, Tennessee office. Throughout her legal career, Michelle has dedicated herself to helping individuals navigate difficult circumstances with compassion, professionalism, and strong advocacy. She is known for building meaningful connections with clients, listening carefully to their concerns, and working diligently to help them pursue their goals.

Michelle earned her Juris Doctor from Nashville School of Law, where she received the Trustee & Faculty Scholarship and earned the Top Performance Award in Ethics and Professionalism. She also holds a Master of Fine Arts from The Vermont College of Art and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Cornish College of the Arts. She is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Washington.

Before joining the firm, Michelle served in attorney roles with organizations focused on advocacy and legal representation, where she managed independent caseloads and represented clients in a variety of legal matters. Her work included conducting discovery, preparing motions, attending hearings and mediations, and helping clients understand their legal options throughout the course of their matters.

Earlier in her career, Michelle worked extensively in litigation support roles, assisting attorneys with case preparation, client communication, legal research, document drafting, and trial preparation. She gained significant exposure to complex and high-conflict matters while working closely with clients and legal teams throughout the litigation process.

Michelle is active in the legal community and has participated in numerous educational and professional development programs focused on advocacy, trial skills, and client representation. She believes that effective representation begins with understanding each client’s unique circumstances and providing the guidance and support needed to move forward with confidence.
