Madelyn Eastland is a dedicated Senior Associate Attorney with Stange Law Firm. Based out of our Indianapolis, Indiana office, she is prepared to represent clients throughout Marion County and surrounding areas.

Madelyn attended law school at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. She earned her Juris Doctor in May of 2020. During law school, Madelyn volunteered with the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic’s Project GRACE Expungement Help Desk, assisting individuals through the expungement process, conducting legal research, presenting a grant proposal, and providing services at community workshops.

Before joining Stange Law Firm, Madelyn most recently served as a Staff Attorney at Indiana Legal Services, where she gained broad civil legal experience in housing, family law, and Medical-Legal Partnership teams, including discovery review, negotiations, and court representation. Her earlier experience includes Associate Attorney roles at two different Indiana-based law firms, where she advised clients across a variety of legal matters, conducted discovery review, negotiated case outcomes, and represented clients in a range of court proceedings. She also served as a Public Defender with the Marion County Public Defender Agency, where she represented indigent clients in criminal matters, advised them on constitutional rights and legal procedures, negotiated plea agreements, and appeared in various court proceedings including trials and motion hearings. With her strong legal background, Madelyn is ready to apply her skills to your matter.
