Holly Barrett, Esq.

Holly C. Barrett is a Senior Associate Attorney in the firm’s Oklahoma City, Oklahoma office. Holly brings more than two decades of legal experience to her practice, having served individuals, government agencies, and community organizations in a variety of complex legal matters. She is recognized for her practical approach, collaborative mindset, and dedication to helping clients navigate complex situations with confidence and clarity.

Holly earned her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a minor in Sociology from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and is a Certified Family and Divorce Mediator.

Before joining the firm, Holly represented clients in litigation involving domestic relations, probate, guardianship, and other civil matters while also managing her own law practice for nearly two decades. Her work included conducting hearings, negotiating settlements, preparing pleadings and motions, and guiding clients through every stage of the legal process.

Holly also served as Assistant General Counsel for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, where she represented the agency in guardianship proceedings, collaborated with courts and service providers, and presented continuing legal education programs on guardianship law. She later served as a contract litigation attorney and assistant public defender, further expanding her courtroom and advocacy background.

Throughout her career, Holly has valued clear communication, thoughtful preparation, and practical problem-solving. She is committed to helping clients feel informed and supported as they work toward positive outcomes.
