Devika Maradapu, Esq.

Devika Maradapu is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Fort Wayne, Indiana office. Drawing from a multidisciplinary background in law, cybersecurity, and technology, Devika brings an analytical and solutions-focused perspective to her work. She is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal matters with clear communication, careful preparation, and thoughtful guidance tailored to their individual circumstances.

Devika earned her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law while simultaneously completing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Risk Management at Indiana University Bloomington. She also earned a B.B.A. and LL.B. (Honors) from O.P. Jindal Global University in India and is an Advocate with the Bar Council of India

During law school, Devika gained legal and technical experience through work with the Intellectual Property Clinic and Cybersecurity Clinic at Indiana University. Her work included drafting trademark applications, responding to USPTO office actions, conducting cybersecurity risk assessments, and translating technical findings into practical guidance for organizations and leadership teams. She also participated in Indiana University’s PatentConnect initiative, where she helped educate inventors on intellectual property rights and patent procedures.

Earlier in her career, Devika worked in legal internship roles in India, where she assisted with court proceedings, legal drafting, case preparation, and client communication. Her background included exposure to civil and matrimonial matters, as well as appellate and trial-level proceedings.

Devika’s combined background in law, technology, and client service supports a detail-oriented and well-rounded approach when helping individuals address important legal matters.
