Laton Strong is the Finance Director with Stange Law Firm. In this role, Laton oversees the firm’s financial operations and works with firm leadership to support accurate financial reporting, effective internal processes, and the firm’s overall financial goals.

Laton brings more than nine years of accounting and financial experience, with a background in financial reporting, auditing, reconciliations, financial analysis, internal controls, and process improvement. Prior to joining the firm, she held financial roles with the Defense Contract Audit Agency and the United States District Court, where she worked with complex financial records and federal accounting requirements.

Laton earned a Master’s in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University and a Bachelor’s in Applied Management from Hickey College.
