Kai West

Kai West is the Services and Facilities Director at Stange Law Firm, where she helps oversee many of the operational and facility-related needs across the firm’s offices. In her role, Kai coordinates office equipment, vendor relationships, maintenance requests, and lease-related matters to help ensure offices operate smoothly and efficiently for both employees and clients.

Kai brings a background in operations management, project coordination, and property management, with experience supporting multi-location environments and helping streamline internal processes. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail allow her to effectively manage a wide range of responsibilities and support the firm’s continued growth.

Kai is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management & Information Systems at the University of Maine at Presque Isle.
