Jessica Dent

Jessica serves as the Recruiting Director, where she leads the firm’s recruiting efforts and plays a key role in identifying and engaging top talent. In this role, she conducts interviews, evaluates candidates, and manages the hiring process to ensure a strong fit for both the firm and prospective employees. She is committed to creating a positive and efficient recruiting experience while supporting the company’s overall growth and success.

Jessica earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from
University of Missouri–St. Louis. Her academic background provides a strong foundation in
business strategy, communication, and relationship building.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys participating in CrossFit and traveling with friends.
